We deliver all over UAE within city limits.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When you place an order, our customer support team will contact you to confirm your exact location and availability prior to the delivery. Once confirmed, your delivery will be scheduled through our checkout process, in which most orders will be fulfilled as per the following schedules:

• The same or next working day for Dubai and Sharjah cities
• Monday & Thursday for Abu Dhabi city
• Up to 3 working days for remaining cities.

If there is an inconvenience in the delivery time, your order can be dispatched and delivered upon your confirmation to a safe place within the delivery address.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Please email us immediately on info@new-dermal.com with your order number and your new delivery address, and we will do our best to ensure delivery to your new location.

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEES?

• We offer a free delivery across the UAE on orders above 300 AED.
• A delivery charge of 25 AED is applied on orders below 300 AED.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once your order has been shipped on the scheduled day and timing which you confirmed to our customer support team via WhatsApp/phone call, our delivery person will call you one hour prior to delivery to confirm your availability. Failure to attend the call by our driver will be considered as unavailability and the delivery will be rescheduled to next available delivery.   

DO YOU OFFER COLLECTION IN DUBAI?

Yes, you may collect your order from our office, located at the International Business Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, anytime from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM upon placing the order and confirming with the customer support team. The delivery fees applicable to orders below 300 will be waived off in case of collection from our location.
